Chris was kind enough to give me a review copy of his book and even though I had already heard all the stories in the book (several times) I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN. Gethard’s writing is so engaging and funny. I knew how the stories ended, but I was still so engrossed that I found myself walking off the subway, up the subway stairs through major intersections and up to my apartment door with the book in my hand opened and my eyes reading the pages.  This book is so good I risked my own safety because the writing pulled me in. You would be a fool not to purchase and read this book.
